1. Bidding conditions

The bidding project Sanya City Yucai Ecological Area Characteristic Town Environmental Comprehensive Improvement Project has been approved by the Sanya Development and Reform Commission with the document No. 2014] No.119 of Sanfa Change and Production. The project has already met the conditions for tendering and is now inviting public tenders for the construction of the third phase of the project.

2. Project overview and scope of tender

2.1 Project Scale: The third-phase reconstruction section is approximately 655m (Yucai Bridge North to Yucai Bridge North of Licai Farm Field); the main construction contents include the house renovation project, the building facade reconstruction project, the arcade project, the road reconstruction project, and the greening project. Wait. The specific scales are as follows: (1) 3,124.48 m2 of roof remediation and 9,498 m2 of building facades. Among them, 7990m2 of wall remediation, 1508m2 of aluminum alloy doors, 3055.27m2 of anti-theft network rectification; (2) New construction (a total of 979.2m2 of civil construction along street arcades, and a total of 979.2m2 of arcades installed along streets); (c) 10160.887m2 of road pavement reconstruction (d) Greening 633.7m2.

2.2 Plan duration: 300 calendar days;

2.3 Project Construction Site: Yucai Township, Yucai Ecological Zone Management Committee, Sanya City;

2.4 The bid control price is RMB 17 (The final project cost is subject to the auditing department's validation result);

2.5 Bidding scope: The tenderer shall provide the architectural decoration renovation project, road reconstruction project, drainage renovation project, greening project, and landscape reconstruction project within the scope of construction drawings.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 The tender requires bidders to have independent legal person qualifications, domestic construction companies with qualifications for general contracting of construction projects and third grade or above, and corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc., to hold Hainan Provincial Construction. 3.2 Project Manager Requirements: The bidder proposes that the project manager must possess the registered construction division qualification of Grade II or above of the architectural engineering profession, possess an effective safety production assessment qualification certificate, and has not served as the project manager of other construction in progress projects.

3.3 Credit requirements: From 2013 till now, the bidder has no records of bad behavior recognized by the Ministry of Construction, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hainan Province, and the competent administrative department of the city, or may not participate in the bidding activities during the period.

3.4 This tender does not accept the Commonwealth bid.
