Dongbei Optoelectronics' Beijing plant is expected to start construction in April. The first phase of the end of 2011 will reach 200 million monthly production, which will become the main supply plant of BOE and supply LED lighting in North China.
In addition, in the mainland market, another large panel factory in the mainland, TCL, Dongbei has also begun delivery.
Since the penetration rate of LED TV in 2011 will increase substantially from three times in 2010 to more than 50%, the legal person estimates that Dongbei's 2011 performance will grow at least 70%, reaching NT$12 billion.
