The data exchange interface between the controller and the punch is pre-programmed at the factory, reducing the programming and commissioning costs by approximately 50%.
If installed on the current standard press equipment, Rexroth's turnkey solution will increase the previous punching frequency by approximately 30%. The IndraMotion MTX CNC system uses completely open standards such as the sercos automation bus, IEC 61131-3 and G command NC programming, which allows the user to program themselves quickly and efficiently. MTX has a total of 4 power levels and may meet the needs of various users. At the same time, all versions of the product use the same software core and engineering software environment, and users can share the entire program or parts of the program on different devices. In addition, the IndraMotion MTX pre-programs the motion profiles for stamping, nibbling, soft punching, slotting, and forming, which can further reduce production time. By pre-programming the interface, the IndraMotion MTX CNC system can control the Rexroth electro-hydraulic shaft. Rexroth's electro-hydraulic shaft combines Rexroth hydraulic power station, punch cylinder and motion controller to achieve independent control of the movement of the punch. Standard, upgraded and advanced three system solutions are available for customers to choose from. The nominal press pressure is divided into 200 kN and 300 kN. The HNC100-3X is a motion controller optimized for the characteristics of hydraulic transmissions. Its function is to implement stand-alone position control. Thanks to simple parameter settings, its comprehensive function block database replaces the burden of programming. In addition, its openness also provides free space for the preparation of personalized process solutions.
At the beginning of the application, the complete solution can reduce the programming and debugging workload by approximately 50%.
