1, application requirements

Manually entering data into computers by operators is not only time-consuming but also has a high rate of error, and it is also prone to human-induced fraud. , causing a lot of economic losses to the company.

The traditional management mode for vehicle weighing is: when the vehicle arrives at the factory, it needs to register for parking. After registration, it is weighed. Then the data of the vehicle number, unit, and product name are manually input into the computer, and then the measurement is performed. The whole process is time-consuming. , It also increased the operating strength of the operator, by manual or keyboard input vehicle number of times, weighing the vehicle's vehicle number information, weighing time, there are the following aspects:
1). The collection of information depends on manual input. The input of digital symbols is prone to errors, and it is difficult to achieve real-time information and accuracy:

3). Some errors are even caused by humans. For example, after the vehicle is weighed in the truck scale, the driver does not load, but instead replaces the vehicle license plate twice and causes huge economic losses to the company.

2, system design

The vehicles to be measured all carry “electronic license plates”—namely radio frequency tags (TAGs). When the vehicle is weighed and measured, dedicated reading devices will automatically recognize the electronic license plates. And the electronic license plate cannot be removed once it is installed (solve the "clone car" problem). A scale mark was written in the electronic license plate to solve the problem of “repeated weighing”.

The dedicated reader/writer can be integrated with the existing weighing and weighing system as a complete system to realize the integration of automatic metering and automatic vehicle number identification, completely eliminating manual operation.

System flow:

1) The green light is on, and the vehicle is weighed into the lane. After the vehicle enters the lane, the red light is on, prohibiting the next vehicle from entering the lane;
2) The vehicle passes through the induction coil and generates a sensing signal. After the card reader reads the card, it uploads the card information to the host database, and at the same time transfers the vehicle information and automatically records the vehicle weight information.
3) The vehicle is weighed, the display screen shows the weighed weight information, and the image information is captured at the same time;
4) After the weighing is completed, the vehicle under the balance passes through the ground coil 2 and the gate is released;
5) After the vehicle is released, it will be turned on and the green light will be turned on to allow the next vehicle to enter;
6) The vehicle that unloaded the goods enters the weighing area again. This time the weight is compared with the weight of the previous one. The background software automatically calculates the weight of the unloaded goods.

3. Application Features The smart weighing system utilizes microwave radio frequency identification technology, electronic truck scale technology, communication technology, automatic control technology, database technology, and computer network technology.
