CST independently researches and develops a mobile lens assembly vision inspection system, adopts an industrial camera to take a picture of the D-angle of the lens, and uses vision software to measure, obtain the D-angle of the lens, and transmit the angle to the PLC. , PLC control the movement mechanism, so that the fixture can accurately capture the lens, to achieve the precision assembly of the mobile phone lens, improve the lens assembly accuracy and efficiency, thereby improving the imaging quality of the phone lens.
