The other is to connect an existing smartphone or tablet to a car to directly integrate the phone experience into the car.

If software resource sharing is achieved through FOTA wireless update technology?

When a smartphone connects to Scout for Cars, it automatically uploads the update package to the meter system, providing drivers, the latest maps, and content.

According to the IDC research report, "FOTA update is a viable way for manufacturers to remotely update and manage embedded software on vehicles. OEMs can not only improve and add functionality by updating software after the vehicle goes on the market, but also can be transported on vehicles. How to apply virtualization technology in the car?

Due to the different requirements of the Head Unit, no operating system can meet all the requirements of function, performance, stability and safety. As a result, many car manufacturers use different operating systems to implement a variety of automotive functions.

With virtualization technology, the car can run both the common operating system on IVI and the real-time operating system on the digital cluster in different virtual machines sharing hardware resources.
