1. The procurement, installation and commissioning of the first phase of the Zhujiang Road proposed by the Tongshan County Construction Bureau (including cable laying and control cabinets) has been approved by the Tongshan County Development and Reform and Economic and Trade Commission. 4. The necessary qualifications for the bid applicant:
(1) Ability to independently conclude contracts: an enterprise with independent accounting, self-financing, and the ability to manufacture and install street lighting equipment;
(2) Not being ordered to suspend business, the bidding qualification is cancelled, or the property is taken over, frozen and bankrupt;
(3) The company has not been suspended by the relevant departments for the purpose of fraudulently winning the bid or serious breach of contract and major engineering quality accidents, and is in the suspension period;
(4) The important content of the prequalification application is not inaccurate or fraudulent;
(5) Qualification categories and grades of enterprises: Grade 3 or above for urban and road lighting engineering;
(6) Qualification category and grade of the construction engineer or project manager: professional level 3 and above corresponding to the qualification of the enterprise;
(7) The company has safe production conditions and obtained the "Safe Production Certificate";
(8) The lamps, lamp poles, etc. that have been invested have the test report issued by the competent department;
(9) The actual performance of the company's production of complete sets of street lighting equipment in the past two years;
(10) The registered construction engineer or project manager has no construction in progress, or although there are construction in progress, all construction tasks within the scope of the contract are nearing the completion stage, and the application for completion acceptance has been submitted to the original contractor, and the original contractor agrees. It participates in bidding competition for other engineering projects;
(11) This project does not accept consortium bids;

(4) A registered architect or project manager qualification certificate;

6. Before submitting the bid, you must submit the bid bond amount of 10,000 yuan (the basic account of the enterprise will be remitted to the Tongshan County Engineering Construction Service Center account by way of bill of exchange.
