1. All suppliers who meet the relevant requirements of the “Government Procurement Law†and have the ability to provide all the procurement contents can bid.
2. The bidder shall have a good reputation and have the necessary equipment, professional technical ability and strong after-sales service capability to perform the contract.
3. The bidder shall provide a business license and tax registration certificate.
4. The bidder shall have the qualifications of the city and road lighting engineering professional contractor level and above issued by the relevant administrative department;
5. The bidder has obtained other qualifications (including ISO quality system certification) as far as possible in the bidding documents;
6. The bidder shall have the relevant agency certificate for the main product of the bid.
5. Suppliers can purchase negotiation documents from Hubei Equipment Engineering Tendering Co., Ltd. (Wuchang office location) from July 23, 2009 to July 29, 2009 (working hours). The price of each set of negotiation documents is 200 yuan ( RMB), the tender will not be returned after it is sold.
