1. Zhangxuan Highway Danla Expressway East Interchange to Hezi West Section Extension and Reconstruction Project has been approved by Zhangjiakou City Development and Reform Commission. The source of funds is self-raised by the owner and bank loan; Zhangjiakou City Highway Maintenance Management Office commissioned Hebei Everbright Co., Ltd. conducts domestic competitive open bidding for the construction of road lighting project of the project, and conducts post-qualification review. Potential bidders who are interested in participating in the bidding of this project are welcome to register for the bid.
2. Bidding scope: The installation of the whole road section lighting project and the construction project of the supporting facilities. 3. Project Overview: The road lighting project is a part of the widening and reconstruction project of the Zhangjiao Highway Danla Expressway East Interchange to the Hezi West Section, which is divided into one bid section.
4. Construction period: The commencement date of the project is July 2009, and the planned completion time is September 15, 2009.
5. Bidder qualification requirements The country has independent legal person qualifications, and has the qualifications of the Ministry of Construction for urban and road lighting engineering contractors (including) and above, and there have been no major quality liability accidents and safety accidents in the past five years. This project does not accept consortium bids.
6. Bidding documents for sale Any interested bidders may be held from June 5 to June 11, 2009, from 9:00 to 11:30, and from 14:00 to 17:00 (Beijing time, excluding holidays).
