1. The installation of the 7th Street and Weijiu Roads of the Management Committee of Jiangsu Dongtai Economic Development Zone has been approved by Dongfa Reform Investment [2009] No. 296. The source of funds for the project is self-raised and has been implemented. Eligible potential bidders are invited to participate in the bidding for this project.
2. Dongtai Xinghua Tendering Agency Co., Ltd. is entrusted by the tenderee to be responsible for the tendering of the project.
3. Project Overview
(1) Project location: Weiqi Road and Weijiu Road, Dongtai Economic Development Zone
(2) Project scale: 127 ft. of Weiqi Road, about 1.38 million yuan; 134 ft. of Weijiu Road, about 1.32 million yuan.
(3) Planned start-up time: August 30, 2009, planned completion time: October 30, 2009
4. The bidding project is divided into two bidding sections. The bidding section and the corresponding bidding contents are as follows:
The construction of the streetlight installation project of Weiqi Road and Weijiu Road in Dongtai Economic Development Zone will complete all the construction contents in the corresponding design drawings and engineering quantity list provided by the tenderer.
Bidders can vote for two bids at the same time, but only one of them.
5. The main qualifications that the applicant should have:
(1) Applicant qualification categories and grades: Enterprises with industrial or urban and road lighting engineering contractors with Jiangsu Province installed power facilities licenses.
(2) The qualification of the project manager to be selected: the second-level or above mechanical and electrical engineering professional registered construction engineer or the enterprise self-employed three-level project manager.
(3) From August 25 to September 2, 2009, the bank account statement with a daily deposit balance of not less than RMB 300,000 in the basic account of the industrial and commercial registration of the enterprise;
(4) The contract performance of the state-owned fund investment project and the proof of the presence of the personnel of the project department;
(5) A bidder who has one of the following acts, the tenderee does not accept the bid.
1 There are violations of laws and regulations, and the bidding qualifications are cancelled according to law and the period is not full;
2 Due to violations of laws and regulations and bad behaviors in the bidding activities, they were publicized by the relevant bidding administrative supervision department and the public notice period was not full.
6. The project evaluation and calibration method adopts the lowest bid price method that has been evaluated.
7. Applicants should obtain the bidding documents from the current working hours from 16:00 on August 21, 2009 (excluding public holidays and holidays) to the Dongtai bidding procurement market. The selling price is 300 yuan. Drawing: 100 yuan / tender, the tender is not refunded after it is sold.
8. The bidder must appoint a formal person of the unit to purchase the bidding documents and related materials from the bidding and purchasing transaction market of Dongtai City. Carry the original and photocopy of your ID card at the same time.
9. Others: The bid opening time of this project is 8:30 on September 4, 2009, and the maximum price is announced three days before the opening date.
