1. Protection against direct lightning strikes: Install a lightning rod on the support structure of the LED display (outdoor), an indoor LED display or an LED display with tall buildings next to it, you may not need to install a lightning rod.
2. Counterattack against steel structure: Connect the rigid structure to the outer casing of the LED display, do the equipotential, and do the grounding. The grounding resistance is generally less than 10 ohms. If the resistance does not meet the requirements, it will be added. Artificial grounding grid. The lightning arrester should also be grounded.
3. For the lightning current induced on the power line: install a single-phase or three-phase power supply lightning protection device on the power line. The cross-sectional area of ​​the link line of the phase line shall not be less than 10 mm square, and the cross-sectional area of ​​the connection ground line shall not be less than 16 mm square.
4. For the lightning current induced on the signal line: install a signal lightning arrester on the signal line. The signal lightning arrester depends on the signal interface of the system. If it is a network cable, install a network signal lightning arrester, and the serial interface installs a DB9 interface lightning protection device. The cross-sectional area of ​​the grounding wire should not be less than 1.5mm square.

The fan installation position is arranged above the side of the screen. The wall-mounted LED display can also be installed with air conditioning, ensuring sufficient space for the air-conditioning main unit without affecting the overall appearance of the wall. The choice of air conditioning is required, and the most commonly used air conditioners are 1.5P, 2P and 3P. The northern city uses 12 square 1P air conditioning calculation; the southern city uses 9 square 1P air conditioning calculation. If the area of ​​the LED outdoor display is relatively large, the air conditioner needs to be customized; if the area is not large, you can go to the store to buy it, but you need to buy a display cooling air conditioner with caller compensation function.
2) If the LED display is installed in a column, it is best to use a fan to dissipate heat. The fan is installed on the back of the large screen. The display screen is mainly waterproof. The selected module should be an outdoor waterproof module. The back of the module should be painted with three anti-paints.
