According to the requirements of the "Rules", the detection of LED bulbs needs to be illuminated for 1000 hours. The pre- and post-test period takes about 45 days. Together with the online filing time, the products must be successfully marketed and meet the requirements of the Rules. The inspection of the registered products began before August 10.
The enterprise needs to complete the following 3 points in order to obtain the energy efficiency label:
1. 1000 hours of lighting test on LED bulbs
2. Complete the test report of the LED bulb lamp
3. Provide materials for filing on the China Energy Efficiency Labeling Network.

The agency may not repeat the spot check. Promote the sharing of information on the results of quality supervision and inspection of consumer goods, and achieve “one standard, one inspection, mutual recognition of results, and national accessâ€.
Reform and innovate the certification and accreditation system in the field of consumer goods, and carry out consumer product safety and green certification.
Carry out international comparison of national quality and technology foundations, break through the key technologies of quality base coordination and integration in China's measurement, standards, inspection and testing, certification and recognition, and form the overall technical solution of “standard-metering-certification-certification-testing†of the whole chain. The key consumer goods industry promotes the demonstration application of quality technology integration.
Standardize the inspection and certification behavior, and establish a joint and several liability system for the inspection and certification institutions.
