1. Traction motor maintenance and safety technical inspection (1). If the motor is dry or not, measure the insulation resistance of the winding to the outer casing with a 500 volt megger. The resistance should be >0.5MΩ. If the value is < Insulation drying treatment.
(2) The motor should be cleaned and wiped clean frequently, but the motor windings should not be wiped with liquids such as gasoline, engine oil or kerosene. At the same time, it should be checked whether the debris has entered the interior, and sometimes the mouse or bird will get into it, causing electrical or mechanical failure and serious damage to the equipment.
(3). Make sure that the brush is in good contact and replaced or trimmed before excessive wear.
(4). Check the lubrication of the bearing. The motor is filled with grease in the rolling bearing. It should be replenished after half a year. It is best to add bearing grease. The lubricating oil in the bearing should be kept inside the oil line. The oil plug and the oil level gauge should not leak oil. The lubricating oil should be cleaned. The oil ring should be able to rotate freely and flexibly. The bearing cover should be sealed to prevent foreign matter from entering. The oil ring is caught and the lubricating oil is lost, thus causing the bearing bush to burn out. When the bearing bush is seriously worn, abnormal vibration occurs when the motor is running, which causes a large additional stress on the coupling and the worm bearing, causing the elevator to malfunction.
(5). The motor should be waterproof, oil, etc. during operation. The corner bolts should be strong. The two coupling halves connecting the motor to the worm should be well aligned and not skewed and eccentric.
(6). Generally, there is no big noise when the motor is running, and some motors have a slight electromagnetic noise (ie, electromagnetic 嗡呜), which is a normal phenomenon. If abnormal noise is found, check whether the air gap between the stator and the rotor is kept uniform. If the gap difference exceeds 0.2 mm, the bearing should be replaced.
If the bearing wears too much, the stator of the motor will rub against the rotor. At this time, the motor will rotate and wear noise will occur.
(7) When the motor is running, the bearing temperature should not exceed 80 °C, and there is a slight and uniform sound; if it is found that the temperature is too high or there is abnormal noise, immediately remove the cleaning inspection and re-add 30# oil.
(8) The motor must not be operated under a power supply with a voltage lower than 7% of the rated voltage. At this time, the output torque is greatly reduced. When the load on the motor shaft is constant, the motor is overloaded and there is a possibility of burning the motor. The motor is forced to stop (ie, boring).
2. The perfect standard of the traction motor (1). Normal operation:
The current is within the allowable range and the output power can meet the nameplate requirements;
The temperature rise of the stator and rotor does not exceed 25 ° C, the bearing temperature does not exceed 80 ° C;
The slip ring and commutator run without sparks.
The amplitude expansion of each part should be less than the value of the following table.

(2). Non-destructive parts (quality meets requirements)
There is no obvious accumulation of dust and oil in the motor, and the coil, iron core and groove wedge have no aging, movement, discoloration, etc., and the preventive test is qualified; the insulation resistance is not less than 1 megohm per kilovolt in the hot state.
(3). The main body is completely clean, zero, and the accessories are complete and easy to use:
The outer casing has a nameplate and the writing is clear;
The starting, protection and measuring devices are complete, and the selection is appropriate and flexible. The cable head wiring meets the requirements, the protective cover is intact; the appearance is neat, the bearing does not leak oil, and the zero and accessory grounding devices are complete.
(4). Technical information is complete and accurate
3. The equipment room where the traction motor is installed must meet the following requirements:
(1). There are protective measures against moisture, overflow steam, pipe leakage, oil, acid and alkali.
(2). There should be no water on the ground. If it is inevitable, the foundation or base should be 250mm above the water surface.
(3). Well ventilated, no other items obstruct the flow of air around the machine.
(4). There is enough space or space for the removal, cleaning and inspection of the motor.
(5). There are protective measures against dirt, dust or other harmful substances to prevent the dust from harming the carbon brush and the commutator.
The traction motor is mounted on an integral base made of cast iron. The manufacturer has already installed it. As long as the motor or reducer is no longer folded, it is no longer necessary to calibrate the motor.
The gasket under the foot plate of the motor must be flat. Make sure that the contact surface can be in contact with the foot plate and the base. The number of gaskets cannot exceed two layers. The thickness of the table is not suitable and can be replaced.
