The high-performance rare earth material developed by the project can make the energy-saving light switch not appear blackheads for 50,000 times, and the average service life is more than 30,000 hours, achieving the stroboscopic, no-noise and long life of the lamps. High-illumination umbrella-shaped energy-saving lamps and high-power LED tunnel lights, landscape lights and other products that have been mass-produced have been gradually put on the market, and related products have entered the government procurement catalogue. Established the first domestic microwave synthesis method to prepare multi-component phosphor demonstration production line, and promoted the use of microwave heating mode.
The project has established a production line with an annual output of 200 tons of rare earth fluorescent powder for lamps, an annual output of 50 million fluorescent lamps and a high-power LED lamp production line, achieving an annual sales income of 164.2 million yuan and a profit and tax of 34.786 million yuan.
