ADLINK Acquires German PENTA

On March 12, the board of directors of ADLINK Technology Co., Ltd. decided to acquire 100% equity of PENTA GmbH in Germany for approximately US$7.4 million.

Founded in 1994, PENTA GmbH is located in Deggendorf and Puchheim, Germany. It employs about 40 people and is mainly based on R&D technicians. The company has excellent self-designed R&D and manufacturing capabilities for medical embedded computer systems and displays, and established a complete sales system with PENTA's own brand. The products are mainly supplied to the medical, industrial automation and food and beverage industry markets with stringent quality requirements.
