Adc0809 - 8-channel multiplexer A/D converter
Introduction to adc0809:
Adc0809 is a CMOS process 8-channel, 8-bit successive approximation A/D converter manufactured by National Semiconductor. It has an 8-channel multiplexer inside, which can latch the decoded signal according to the address code and only strobe one of the 8 analog input signals for A/D conversion. It is currently the most widely used 8-bit general-purpose A/D chip in China.
Adc0809 features:
* 8 input channels, 8-bit A/D converter, ie resolution is 8 bits.
* Has a conversion start and stop control terminal.
* Conversion time is 100μs (when the clock is 640kHz), 130μs (when the clock is 500kHz)
* Single +5V power supply
* Analog input voltage range 0~+5V, no need for zero and full scale calibration.
* Operating temperature range is -40 to +85 degrees Celsius
* Low power consumption, about 15mW.
