Instructions for Use
1. Place the instrument in a well-ventilated and dry area with an ambient temperature ranging from 2°C to 38°C. The relative humidity should not exceed 85%. Avoid placing it in areas with strong vibrations or electromagnetic interference.
2. After positioning the device, ensure the door switch operates smoothly and check that all electrical components, cooling systems, and other internal parts are undamaged.
3. Open the side panel and fill the humidifier tank with distilled or purified water. Also, fill the plastic water tank located at the temperature sensor with water and soak the gauze into it to maintain proper humidity levels.
4. Connect the power plug to a 220V socket with proper grounding. Turn on both the power switch and the dehumidification switch. The device will automatically start its operation once powered on.
5. The factory settings are pre-programmed with a temperature control value of 20°C ± 1°C and a humidity control value of 65% ± 2%. If you need to adjust these values, refer to the temperature controller manual for instructions on modifying the parameters.
Working Principle
This device uses a high-precision platinum resistance PT100 as the temperature sensing element. It employs a high-performance A/D converter to transform the dry and wet voltage signals from the multiplexer into digital signals. These signals are then processed, displayed, and controlled by a single-chip microprocessor. When the temperature falls below the set lower limit, the device outputs a heating signal. If the temperature exceeds the upper limit, it activates the cooling function. Once the temperature enters the set window range, the device stops heating or cooling and enters a stable temperature state. Similarly, when the humidity is below the lower limit, the humidifier turns on; if the humidity is above the upper limit, it stops humidifying.
General Troubleshooting
1. Chiller not working: Check the power switch and replace the fuse if necessary.
2. No cooling: Confirm whether the meter shows a cooling mode. Check the compressor overload protector and starter. If the compressor runs but doesn’t cool, there may be a refrigerant leak.
3. Humidifier not functioning: Ensure the internal fan is operating, check the water level in the base, verify that the humidifier isn’t tilted too much, and clean the atomizing transducer if needed.
4. Occasional interference from external electric signals may cause the display to malfunction. Simply turn off the power switch or unplug the device, then restart it to restore normal operation.
Precautions
1. If the power supply voltage fluctuates beyond the specified range, install a power stabilizer to protect the device and refrigerator from damage.
2. Ensure the power supply has a reliable ground connection. Poor grounding can pose a safety risk to users.
3. Regularly inspect the humidifier. Never allow the water in the wet and dry box to run out. Replace the gauze inside the box every month to maintain performance.
4. Unauthorized personnel should not modify the control program data, as this could lead to improper operation and potential damage to the device.
