Operating Instructions

The device should be placed in a well-ventilated and dry area, with an ambient temperature between 2°C and 38°C. The relative humidity should not exceed 85%. Avoid placing the instrument in areas with strong vibrations or electromagnetic interference.

Once the device is positioned stably, check that the door switch operates smoothly and that all electrical and cooling components are undamaged.

Open the side panel and fill the humidifier tank with distilled or purified water. Also, fill the plastic water tank connected to the temperature sensor with water and ensure the gauze is fully soaked.

Insert the power plug into a 220V socket with proper grounding. Turn on both the power switch and the dehumidification switch; the device will automatically start its operation.

Factory settings are pre-programmed: the temperature control is set to 20°C ±1°C, and the humidity control is set to 65% ±2%. If you need to adjust these values, refer to the temperature controller manual for parameter modifications.

Working Principle

This device uses a high-precision platinum resistance PT100 as the temperature sensing element. The analog-to-digital (A/D) converter processes the voltage signals from the multiplexer, converting them into digital data. A microcontroller then handles the data, displaying it and controlling the system accordingly.

If the temperature drops below the lower set point, the device outputs a heating signal. If the temperature rises above the upper limit, it activates the cooling function. When the temperature falls within the set window range, the device enters a stable temperature state. Similarly, if the humidity drops below the lower threshold, the humidifier activates, and it stops when the humidity exceeds the upper limit.

Troubleshooting Guide

1. If the chiller does not operate, check the power switch and the fuse for damage.

2. If no cooling occurs, confirm whether the display indicates a cooling mode. Check the compressor’s overload protector and starter. If the compressor runs but doesn’t cool, there may be a refrigerant leak.

3. If the humidifier isn’t working, check if the internal fan is running, the water level in the base, the angle of the humidifier, and the cleanliness of the atomizing transducer.

4. If the digital display becomes unstable due to external electrical interference, simply turn off the power switch or unplug the device and restart it. This should restore normal operation.

Important Safety Notes

1. If the power supply voltage fluctuates beyond the specified range, install a power stabilizer to prevent damage to the device and the refrigerator.

2. Ensure the power supply has a reliable ground connection. Poor grounding can pose serious safety risks.

3. Regularly inspect the humidifier. Never allow the wet and dry box to run out of water. Replace the gauze inside the box every month for optimal performance.

4. Unauthorized personnel should not modify the control program settings, as this could lead to improper operation and potential damage to the equipment.
