When it comes to domestic new energy vehicles, BYD is the first name that comes to mind. You can see BYD's SUVs on the streets of China and their buses operating in many countries around the world. This global recognition highlights the brand's strong position in the electric vehicle market.

However, not everyone is a fan of its logo, which has often been the subject of jokes and criticism. But BYD isn't the only one with such a story. Another domestic new energy car, the Zhengdao H600, shares a similar fate. Though less known, you might have seen it in disguise or through comparisons — like "Fang Tianhuai has wood!"

Despite its controversial branding, the Zhengdao H600 has a striking design and impressive performance. Let’s take a closer look at what makes this car stand out.

"I rely on Maserati," is how some people describe the first impression of the Zhengdao H600. The car’s bold and majestic appearance is no coincidence. It was designed by the renowned Italian design house Pininfarina, giving it an international flair and a sporty, high-end feel.

The front grille features multiple vertical slats, paired with long, narrow headlights that give the car a powerful and aggressive look. This design bears a strong resemblance to Maserati models, and some even speculate that this could be the future direction of family car design.

The rear of the car is equally eye-catching, with贯穿式 (through-type) taillights that connect to the distinctive "Fangtian" logo. When lit up, these lights are highly recognizable and add to the car's dynamic appeal.

Inside, the H600 offers a futuristic and tech-savvy interior. There are very few physical buttons, with most functions concentrated on two large LCD screens. The steering wheel is a two-spoke multi-functional unit wrapped in premium leather, offering a comfortable grip and excellent tactile feedback. The 2+2 seating layout ensures both comfort and practicality.

In terms of power, the Zhengdao H600 is equipped with an advanced powertrain system combining a "micro-turbine generator range extender" with a super battery. This setup delivers an impressive 816 horsepower, allowing the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds. Its fast-charging technology can fully charge the battery in 30 minutes, and the maximum range is said to reach up to 1000 km.

The car is expected to launch in 2019, with a price point that aims to make it accessible to a broader audience. If successful, the Zhengdao H600 could become a new benchmark in the affordable luxury electric vehicle segment.
