Apple was sued by Nokia and allegedly infringed 32 patents

Beijing time on December 22, according to foreign media reports, Nokia local time announced on Wednesday that it has filed several lawsuits against Apple in Germany and the United States, although the two companies reached a patent licensing agreement in 2011, but including the iPhone and iPad Several Apple products infringe on a number of new patents acquired by Nokia.

In a statement on the prosecution of Apple, Nokia said two patent transactions - together in 2013, and another in 2016 to acquire the Alang patent, is the basis for the prosecution of Apple. Nokia did not disclose the text of the indictment. Nokia sued Apple in the district courts of Düsseldorf, Mannheim and Munich. In addition, Nokia sued Apple in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Nokia pointed out that 32 patents infringed by Apple involved "display, user interface, software, antennas, chipsets and video coding." It is reported that Nokia will also sue Apple in other regions.

In 2009 and 2010, Nokia filed several lawsuits against Apple, accusing the iPhone of infringing its patents on GSM, mobile phone cameras, and touch input. In 2010, Apple countered and sued Nokia for infringing several of its patents. The two companies reached a settlement agreement in 2011, and Apple agreed to pay royalties to Nokia.

Apple is still fighting with Alan. Alang said Apple and LG infringed on intellectual property rights related to efficient data transmission technology in video transmission.
