Building Door and Window Airtight Field Test Equipment

Based on the standard JG/T211-2007 "On-site Inspection Method for Airtight, Watertight and Wind Pressure Resistance of Building Exterior Windows" and GB/T 7106-2008. This is a new portable door and window field detector designed for on-site testing. It allows manual adjustment of air pressure and displays real-time data including air pressure, airflow, and deformation displacement. The wind source and control system are integrated into a compact suitcase, making it lightweight, easy to carry, and highly durable for field use.

Two, Installation Method

Place the base inside the box and secure the sleeve, sample holder, and other components as shown in the diagram. Position the burner in front of the specimen. Insert the burner rod from the outer casing into the burner base. Connect the propane meter to the liquefied gas tank, then attach a plastic tube to the other end of the propane meter and connect it to the regulator valve. Finally, link the regulator valve to the burner using a pneumatic tube.

Three, Usage Instructions

1. Use a suitable ignition device and place it above the burner.

2. Place the sample in the sample holder and secure it properly.

3. Once the burner is close to the sample, lock the ruler on the bottom plate to ensure accurate positioning.

4. Place filter paper in an aluminum foil collection tray and position it beneath the test specimen.

5. Raise the burner, open the pressure regulating valve, ignite the nozzle with an electronic igniter, and gradually adjust the flame length to approximately 20mm. Tilt the burner at a 45-degree angle.
