standards. This is a newly developed portable door and window field detector. It uses a manual knob to adjust air pressure, displaying the instrument's cycle detection and showing parameters such as air pressure, airflow, and deformation displacement. The wind source and control adjustment system are integrated into a suitcase, making it compact, lightweight, easy to carry, reliable, durable, and user-friendly.

Two, Installation Method

Place the base in the box, fix the sleeve, sample holder, and other components as shown in the figure. Position the burner in front of the specimen. Insert the burner rod from the outer casing of the housing into the burner base. Connect the propane meter to the liquefied gas tank, connect the regulator valve to the other end of the propane meter using a plastic tube, and then connect the regulator valve to the burner with a pneumatic tube.

Three, Usage Instructions

1. Use a suitable ignition positioner and place it on top of the burner.

2. Place the sample in the sample holder and hang it securely.

3. Once the burner is close to the sample, lock and position the ruler on the bottom plate.

4. Place filter paper in an aluminum foil-made collection tray and position it under the test piece.

5. Raise the burner, open the pressure regulating valve, ignite the nozzle with an electronic igniter, and gradually adjust the flame length to approximately 20mm. Tilt the burner at a 45-degree angle.
