Recently, the 1000 kV GIS field test of ±1100 kV Guquan Converter Station, which was undertaken by Xikai Electric, a subsidiary of China Xidian Group, passed, marking the world's highest voltage level. The Guquan Converter Station has taken another step toward electrification.

Xikai Electric undertook the production and installation tasks of the nine interval GISs of the project. With the joint efforts of all employees, the project completed all the in-plant production from November 2016 to November 2017. At the beginning of April this year, the site installation was successfully completed. The company insisted on building a quality project, strictly controlling the on-site installation quality of GIS equipment, and completed all on-site tests with high quality on May 11.

Take special measures to control quality

In view of the rainy and humid environment in southern Anhui, Xikai Electric puts strict requirements on the installation environment of GIS equipment, strictly implements the “six-level dust-proof” measures, and absolutely guarantees the quality control in all GIS work processes. At the same time, in the on-site assembly of the equipment body and the main bus transport unit, the mobile assembly workshop is used, and the environmental monitoring kanban is set in the factory. The interval between each measurement is less than 2 hours. Special measures are taken in special circumstances to ensure the quality. Control.

Pay attention to the details to achieve process management without dead ends

During the assembly process, the site installers paid attention to the details of the drop, strengthened the process management, and laid a solid foundation for the smooth passage of the test. The secondary cleaning of the main busbar and the branch busbar are carried out outdoors. In order to ensure the quality of the installation process, the site is strictly controlled according to the requirements, dustproof tents are set up, and an air purifier is installed in the tent. In the process of SF6 inflation, the purification filter device is used in the field. One set of equipment is equipped with two sets of filter elements, which can be four-in and four-out at the same time, which not only provides great convenience for the inflator, but also effectively improves the quality of the inflation.

Bold innovation to improve installation efficiency

For the first time that the branch bus can not be installed in the mobile plant, Xikai Electric applied the combined environmental control system for the first time. The system includes high and low branch busbar dust sheds, air showers and air conditioning modules, and is equipped with an air purifier. Provides a strong guarantee for the installation environment. In addition, in order to improve the installation efficiency, in addition to the combined environmental control system, Xikai Electric is also equipped with a branch busbar pre-cleaning dust shed, which can pre-clean the busbar unit that needs to be docked, and prepare for the docking surface in the combined environmental control system. At the end of the work, the final docking task of the bus unit can be performed. Combined environmental control system and pre-cleaned dust sheds can achieve 1000 kV GIS installation cleanliness to a million levels, which guarantees the installation quality and progress of the entire project.
